Mayell Real Estate was founded in 2020 by Benjamin Mayell with a focus on millennial and next-generation clients searching for a home in New York. Drawing on a background in commercial and residential real estate, Benjamin built a highly differentiated brokerage on the premise of establishing genuine, personal connections at every stage of the search.

Most brokerages scale by hiring agents with minimal broker oversight. Mayell took the opposite path. Benjamin himself attends client showings, runs agent training, and stays close to every transaction. The result is a deeper level of broker access for clients and more robust training for the agents on the floor: sharper decisions, better representation, fewer surprises.
